Our Company



CJP Outreach Services Ltd is an organisation borne out of personal experience and a desire to follow a different, fresh approach to the provision of Outreach Services for people with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities / complex and multiple needs.

We have vast first-hand experience of what living with, assisting and supporting someone with disabilities is about and we understand what is important for the individual and also their family.


Founded in October 2005 by Chris Pearson, the business has developed and is proud to have supported many individuals in the community to live a fulfilled life


Chris had a desire to start the company as he has always been activity involved in the care of his younger brother, and more recently spent the past several years with sole responsibility of the management of all day-to-day affairs and long-term planning decisions.


Chris constantly found (as have others he spoke to) that the very person who should be at the centre of the planning is all too often the after-thought. He began thinking that this could do things a great deal differently, to massively improve the life of the individual and their family. It was here that CJP Outreach Services was born.

Our enablers will work effectively with the customer and their families, re-enforced by our strong pro-active management to deliver a dynamic and sustainable Outreach package that is unrivalled and one which our customers can be truly delighted with.
